This chrome paint gives a good chrome finish if applied correctly. It is not suitable for high temperature use. If you're looking for a 100% Chrome Finish or require it to stand high temperatures the only way is to get your item Chromium Plated.
It is not a good idea to apply lacquer to the chrome effect painted surface as it appears to react badly and spoils the chrome effect.
